This skill workout can be done in backyard and should be done 5x a week minimum.  Players should time themselves and record total time needed to complete 1,000 touches.

100 juggles

100 toe taps from behind

100 scissors

100 toe taps from the side

100 triangles (50 right/ 50 left)

100 step-overs

100 squirts

100 L’s

100ft-right push

100 Juggles
